Scott and Gretchen were excited to move into their new Cary, NC home. However, they were not excited about the home’s outdated windows and doors. The windows lacked integrity. Their front entry door was cheap and unattractive. They knew they needed premium replacement windows and a door.

The consultation process went smoothly. The Ethridges appreciated that we had product examples in our showroom and were able to send a sample of trim home with them so that Gretchen could compare the color to their home.
After all of their concerns were satisfied, we got to work. First, we installed high-performance windows throughout the house to provide beauty, security, and insulation. Next came a new, stylish door to replace the outdated French door in their front entryway.
At every step, Kelly Window & Door provided weekly updates, let them know when we would be on their property, and discussed solutions with the Ethridges, so they always knew where we were in the process.
